Cloudy Tags

With the help of Conrad Hunziker III, who runs my fabulous ISP I’m starting to experiment with tags for Cloudy Thinking. The magic enabler is Bunny’s technorati tags, a WordPress plug-in that adds a text box for tags when I compose a new blog entry.

Tags are now displayed at the bottom of a (tagged…) blog entry. When you click on a tag, you are transported to Technorati, where they show you other stuff that has the same tag.

I discovered this clever (and free) plug-in thanks to a comment by Gordon Mclean after I asked for help with tagging technique a couple of weeks ago. How cool is that?

I’ll tag new posts. If I get ambitious some weekend, I’ll add tags to earlier blog posts. This is my “tagging experiment.” Let me know whether you find it useful.

alas technorati is having a rough time at the moment - according to the Blog Herald at least - but I’m still using them from time to time.

    P.S. One “c”! McLean.. ;-)
