Follow the Money

Wednesday, October 19th, 2005

This “Money for Nothing” article by Philip Giraldi appears in The American Conservative. It’s depressing, but you need to read it so you can grasp the level of incompetence (or hubris?) that allowed this malfeasance to occur. Unbelievable.

Economist on Avian Flu

Monday, October 17th, 2005

You can’t read everything about avian flu, but this Economist piece is excellent. The article has pointers to sveral high quality bird flu sites. I agree, I’ve been talking about avian flu and the H5N1 virus a lot. If it mutates and human to human transmission happens, our world will likely be changed so dramatically as to be unrecognizable.
