Skype: 5 Million Online
Monday, January 23rd, 2006Peter Macaulay points out that Skype is showing over 5 million online users today. I saw that earlier today, although at 7:25pm Pacific there are “only” 3,082,792 users online. That’s a lot of VoIP users…
OS X on IBM T42
Monday, January 23rd, 2006A friend just showed me OS X running on an IBM T42 laptop. Apparently a developer version leaked out that was tweaked to run on some but not all non-Apple hardware. This hacked version is not production ready, but as a proof of concept it’s pretty interesting.
