GoDaddy Goes to the Superbowl

No, it’s a lesson in squeezing everything you can out of your advertising dollar. They knew those ads would not get through, but they wanted to build some “buzz” in the leadup to the superbowl. Mission accomplished.
Too bad most of the buzz I’m hearing is from people who are moving off of GoDaddy and trying to convince me to do the same. I’ll probably end up leaving GoDaddy even though I like them. But I have to live with myself and the women in my life are completely pissed off that a technology company is using women’s breasts to sell a tech product.

Well Mr Mo, I watched the GoDaddy Superbowl ad today. It was not exceptionally good, but it did not offend me. It was mildly funny. Companies use sex to sell all the time.
The Hummer superbowl ad is my favorite with five minutes remaining in the third quarter.
