Waffle House Now Takes Plastic!
You’ll appreciate this tidbit if you live or travel in the South, where Waffle House is an institution. The New York Times reports:
Waffle House customers started paying with ordinary plastic only this month. For the last 50 years, Waffle House’s 713 company restaurants accepted only cash.
