I agree about Google mail (Gmail) and WordPress (used to create Cloudy Thinking).
But I’m frankly puzzled by Ismael’s affection for SalesForce.com. At my work we evaluated SalesForce about nine months ago as a CRM system. It’s pretty good, but in the end we selected SalesLogix from Sage Software. I needed tight integration with our locally hosted Expandable ERP system, our customized version of BugZilla and our Agile document managment system.
So far, so good. But I will admit that rolling out a CRM is a LOT of work. You learn a lot that you did not know going into the project.
