Software Development in the Ukraine
After I wrote about Ismael Ghalimi’s list of web services we began corresponding.
I asked him about his experience with managing software development done offshore. He responded (lightly edited):
We have a call a day, for about half an hour, and we spend a couple hours a week with the on-shore (local) program manager.
We give them market requirements documents (MRDs), not specifications, so there is a lot less communication overhead.
