Angst Needed
Since I work at a telecom equipment startup, the article about Qwest in The New York Times by Jen Belson Qwest Beats the Odds, So Far caught my attention.
Especially this quote:
“This is a very competitive sector. You need some angst.”

Good article. The photo of the RT surrounded by dirt brought back some old memories…but, what was more impressive were the details of Notebaert’s turnaround of Qwest. Ending the year with $1.8B in cash and 31.9% margins is quite an accomplishment.
