Hello, Netflix
You may suspect that I’d be an early adopter. Sometimes, but just this evening I finally signed up with Netflix, putting me a few years behind the curve
Damn, Netflix has one smooth, easy to use site. I’m blown away by how well they handle recommending other movies once you add a few to your queue.
What pushed me over the edge? A couple of friends have been singing the praises of Netflix for a while. But my Paintball Buddy (he knows who he is) told me on Saturday how he gets movies in just a couple of days.
It turns out there’s a Netflix distribution center within 125 miles of where I live. Say what you will abut the US Postal service, on most days first class mail moves at a zippy pace when distances are short.
I’ll keep you informed. I am feeling lucky.
