Non-silo’d Rich Internet Applications Good; webOS Less Important?

We’re creating a bunch of applications and we want them to be smoothly integrated, rather than silo’d as are a lot of the successful web applications.

A growing number of application developers are using OpenLaszlo. If we sucessfully leverage that community, it will be very nice (for both the app developers and for end-users).

A big benefit of this is not having to install software and being able to run anywhere… Apollo/AIR would be going in the opposite direction.
