Pay attention to what he says about those who use Microsoft Word as their text editor. His suggestioin, while harsh, is not far off the mark.
Me? On Windows I use an editoir that’s not on his list. On Kbuntu Linux I am still searching for The Right Editor. I want to be a manly man and use Vim, but so far have not gotten in that groove.
