I’ve never evaluated JIRA. My team is very happy with Wrike http://www.wrike.com as a project management/bug-tracking tool. Wrike uses smart email integration and it helps us to save time. It’a got only one disadvantage - it’s not free. But I feel like the value it brings us is much more than $3.99 per month.
