[Urbanspoon is a] Great idea, but totally out of date. El Encanto [in Santa Barbara] has been closed for a couple of years and won’t be open until next summer. The Brown Pelican is closed and reopened as the Boat House. Done right this would be very valuable. I should have thought of this!
